Terpenes are natural aromatic oils, extracts that are responsible for the way fruits and plants smell. Terpenes require special treatment to be emulsified in water, and their application is a Mevalonics specialty.

The olfactory system of the human body allows us to understand the complex nature of food and drink through their aroma long before they touch our taste buds. Most people are familiar with how much an aroma can impact taste: we've perfected it into our beverages.
